2. Fare Information & Pricing

All fares quoted by our agents are subject to availability and may change without notice. Fares are not guaranteed until full payment has been processed and booking confirmation has been issued. Some fares referenced in our advertising are exclusive phone-only rates that are not available for direct online booking — these represent rates that have been available to our customers and are subject to availability at the time of enquiry.

We do not guarantee any specific fare or price. Quoted fares are estimates based on current availability and may vary.

3. Booking Process

When you contact our agents to make a booking:

• Our agent will search available fares based on your travel requirements
• You will be provided with fare and flight options
• A booking is only confirmed when full payment is received and a confirmation number is issued
• You are responsible for reviewing all booking details before confirming
• Name changes, date changes, and other modifications are subject to airline policies and may incur fees

Errors in passenger information may result in denied boarding and additional fees. We are not liable for costs arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Travel Documents

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents including passports, visas, and any required health documentation. We recommend checking entry requirements with the destination country's embassy or consulate.
